First Hour – More about Connection Through the Body
In this class we explore the connection in partnership. We give an in-depth look at the action and reaction of advanced connection that will help give you a smooth and
stable role in the partnership.
Second Hour – WCS Basics on Steroids!
So you know your basic patterns and you are fairly bored with them. You might lead them as filler patterns between the coolest stuff you know or follow these patterns being half awake. Until you are done with this class, you will find an indefinite amount of ways to spice up and change the basics to give them an advanced look and feel. This knowledge is crucial for anyone
taking their West Coast to the next level!
This class is for people who are Intermediate and above. It is asked that you are already comfortable with basic patterns, since basic
patterns will not be taught.
